Rum Pairing Dinner Tour
Join us for the exclusive culinary and cocktail experience in our Hibiscus Garden private dining space at Spice Mill Restaurant in Cockleshell Bay, St Kitts. Perfect for a special celebration for between 6 and 24 guests. Your evening would start with sunset cocktails prepared especially for your group, by your personal mixologist Daniel for the evening, at Spice Mill’s Rooftop Bar overlooking the beautiful island of Nevis.
Afterwards you will be seated in your private dining space for the evening, where your host will give you a short presentation of the locally made Hibiscus Spirits, the Roselle Hibiscus (sorrel) plant, its uses, our proud partnership with local farmers and how your menu for the evening was put together using the spirits in flavouring.
Throughout dinner, your mixologist will bring a selection of Hibiscus infused cocktails out to keep the party going all night long.
